How does your web design process work?
Unlike other web design companies, we give you total control over the progress of your project. Within a few weeks of obtaining our services you will receive a link to a new design concept that you can review at your convenience. Your feedback on this design is used to make adjustments and begin adding content. Should you not be happy with your initial custom design--we develop a new one, simple as that! While we are very good at bringing your vision to life, we also understand that you should not have to accept a design concept if you are not 100% satisfied! Everyone has personal style preferences and we want you to feel good about your website.

What happens when the project is finished?
Once a web design project is launched online, we provide all customers with a (7) day window in which to make additional changes, free of charge. While we perform plenty of testing and a spelling/grammar check of your content, you may decide to change some wording or images once you have begun to receive feedback from friends and family. Completed web projects enter a maintenance phase beyond the (7) day window.

What maintenance options are available to me?
While most of our customers prefer to take advantage of our highly affordable and beneficial maintenance plan to take care of future changes to their websites, for those who decide to take care of their own updates, we can certainly help you get set-up to do so. Your website can also be designed in such a manner as to facilitate your update process. Future maintenance needs are often addressed during the planning phase of your website project.

What does a custom website typically cost?
Cost can certainly vary depending upon the size and complexity of a website. Over time our experience has helped us to put together five different web packages with varying levels of pricing. We also have individual add-on elements so that customizing a package to suit your needs is easy and affordable. We currently offer 3 different payment options, including a monthly subscription plan that will fit right into your budget!

Who will own the rights to my design?
You do! Per our contract, we provide our customers with full ownership of their projects upon completion. You will own your website as well as your domain name (for the length of your registration). The only exception to this includes websites developed using our subscription-based payment plan.
